Zeth's a Genius

I think my nephew, Zeth, is a genius. Well...I'm not playing favorites here because I think that both Leeron and Zeth are bright kids, but Zeth is more inquisitive. Zeth is only 3 years old and he loves watching T.V. with me...yesterday we were watching this documentary on National Geographic. The docu was about the sea creatures' lives on this mountain beneath the sea...anyway...there was this scene when they showed the corals and the sponges releasing sperm cells and egg cells to reproduce. My nephew asked me what was happening...

Zeth: Tita ano gawa nila?

Me: (I didn't know how to explain it to him but since it looked like they were releasing smoke I said...) umuusok yung corals and sponges

Zeth: Bakit umuusok sa water?

Me: (speechless...haha!)

One time...Zeth and Leeron asked the their mom why we have fingers...so my sister asked them back

Sis: Bakit may fingers tayo?

Leeron: (he's usually more playful...he hates talking about school but he's also bright) Hindi ko alam...

Sis: Zeth bakit may fingers tayo?

Zeth: Syempre para pwede tayo hawak (Galing noh???)
